1. Delivery will be effected within 2-3 working days upon receipt of order form.
2. Delivery will be charged at $5 per trip.
3. Delivery will be free for purchases of a minimum of 2kg of any product to any location within the Singapore mainland.
4. Delivery charges will apply should re-delivery become necessary.
5. All purchases are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Requests for exchanges or refunds will only be entertained where there is proof of defect in the quality of our products.
Storage Instructions:
Upon purchase, New Eastern barbecue food products can generally be kept at room temperature for up to two weeks. However, in order to maintain the original quality and flavour, we recommend that you refrigerate unconsumed portions and heat with an oven or microwave oven when serving again. Pork floss should preferably be kept in an air-tight container and stored in a cool, dry place.
